When I travel I like to photograph places without people.
I find that the mess and chaos that we bring as humans should be put aside sometimes so that the places we live into every day could finally breathe again.
CASA is an ongoing and itinerant project which explores the concept of home without invading the space circumscribed by the walls, a space that its inhabitants choose as center of their lives.
CASA is one of the first concepts we learn as children and that we keep with us for life, everywhere we go we’re always looking for a spot to call home.
CASA wants to remember the multitude of ways we have to be somewhere, so we can truly say: this is my home. This is a research about the aestethics and the meaning that these structures have for the people who live in them.
CASA will not remain still, but it will expand and enrich.
Since 2017, CASA has been exploring a lot of cities and small towns in Ireland, Canada, USA, France and Norway.
I can’t wait to upload more.
